Development and Notes

A blender animation made in a single day. The graph editor has been a godsend into understanding how to make fluid motion between frames and making sure that looping areas run smoothly. This was suggested by a dumb hyena after showing them the Maleziken render I made previously.

This animation also wasn't meant to include the sequence where Sly picks his hook back up, but instead was supposed to just magically realign from the right, but some friends of mine pointed out that it would be jarring and weird seeing it do that, so I added the scene.

Another fun fact about the making of this has been the sound. It was also not planned, but the same hyena sort-of hinted about the possibility of maybe including sounds, to which I responded by adding sounds. The funniest one to me is the "stroking" sound Sly makes, which is actually just jello sounds.
